I think my order has been lost – how do I receive a refund?
If you are experiencing a significant delay in the arrival of an artwork, it is vital that you get in touch with us within 14 days of the estimated time of arrival displayed on your shipment confirmation email email@example.com
We also recommend liaising directly with the seller who has shipped your work via their contact details:
- Go to your Order page
- Click on the ‘Contact artist name‘ button to get in touch with the artist directly
Should your artwork not have arrived within 14 days of the estimated time of arrival stated on your shipment confirmation email, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to process a full refund.
My artwork arrived damaged
We understand how disappointing it is to receive a damaged artwork, so if this happens, please get in touch with the artist straight away as they may be able to repair or replace your artwork.
In the meantime, you can request a return by following the steps below. Once the artwork has been collected by the courier, the artists will issue you with a full refund.
- Log into your Boast-iD account
- Go to your Order page
- Click on the white ‘Return or Replace items’ button next to the order that you wish to return
- Fill Out the form
We would be very grateful for detailed photos of the damage sustained, which you can attach with the submission of the returns form. And, if you can manage to retain and return the artwork in its original packaging, that would be great too!
How will my artwork be shipped?
All artworks sold on Boast-iD are dispatched directly from the artist or gallery, and so packaging, courier and services (such as insurance on shipment) used will vary from piece to piece.
To find out how your Artwork will be shipped, your best bet is to ask the artist directly.
What destinations do artists ship to?
As all artworks sold on Boast-iD are dispatched directly from the artists who are located across world, the shipping destination really depends on them!
What courier do our artists ship with?
The courier delivering your order will vary depending on the artist you have ordered from and is dependent on the size and weight of the parcel, and the destination country.
As our independent artists are in charge of arranging shipments, they choose which couriers to use themselves.
Once the artwork has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email that includes the name of the courier used and the tracking number.
Once your order has arrived in your country, it may be passed on to an internal postal service and delivered according to standard delivery procedures in your country.
Currently it is not possible for you to select your preferred carrier, however, if you have any preference, please do contact your favourite artist before placing the order to clarify arrangements.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification, containing the tracking details and the estimated delivery date.
To track your order, log into your account and visit your ‘Orders’ page, which can be found through the ‘Account’ icon. Next to the relevant order, click on the red button that says, ‘View order details’. You will then find the tracking number and estimated delivery date of the shipment.
